Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations In this position, your regular workspace routine will involve: Multichannel Help: Respond to incoming inquiries via telephone and live chat, delivering clear, helpful advice on how to navigate the payment system. Technical Diagnostics: Assist users with account creation, verify payment statuses, and troubleshoot technical platform issues. Security & Fraud Mitigation: Monitor account activity closely to protect users from fraudulent behavior and ensure their digital transactions stay secure.
