In this role, you will be the expert voice of support for people managing their finances online. From fixing transaction issues to securing accounts, you will play a vital part in keeping the fintech world running smoothly. The Role: Supporting Online Finances As a customer consultant, you do more than just answer questions. You help users navigate the online payment world and make sure their money transfers go smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert help to French speakers regarding payment gateways, digital transfers, and account management. Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through the details of modern financial tools. Quality Assurance: Make sure every interaction follows the high-security standards required for handling financial data. Team Synergy: Use your English skills to join global meetings and collaborate on projects with other departments. Feedback Loop: Identify common problems users are having and suggest improvements to the product development team. REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS We care most about your attitude and language skills. You do not need previous finance experience because we give you full training! Communication: Excellent speaking and writing skills in French, plus a professional middle level of English (B2 level). Openness to Learn: You don't need previous experience to apply. We value a great attitude and the ability to learn new things quickly. Digital Fluency: You are quick to learn new software and comfortable working with multiple computer screens and tools. Empathy: The ability to stay calm and helpful when talking about sensitive financial topics.
