Your Daily Responsibilities As a Customer Advisor, you do far more than just answer everyday inquiries. You guide users through the online payment ecosystem and ensure their financial transfers go smoothly. Customer Help: Respond to incoming inquiries via telephone and live chat, delivering clear, helpful advice on how to navigate the payment system. Tech Support: Assist users with account creation, verify payment statuses, and troubleshoot technical platform issues. Security & Fraud: Monitor account activity closely to protect users from fraudulent behavior and ensure their digital transactions stay secure. Team Communication: Collaborate closely with international colleagues and managers, utilizing English to stay aligned on new projects and goals. Improving Service: Maintain accurate records of customer feedback to help the organization continuously optimize the application for everyone. Minimum Requirements: Language Skills: Flawless written and spoken fluency in French, combined with a solid intermediate command of English (B2) for business meetings and training sessions. Computer Skills: Completely comfortable operating various software applications and multitasking across multiple computer screens. Availability: Ready to work on-site at our Lisbon office and accommodate a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including days, nights, and weekends). Salary & Benefits We offer a stable and transparent compensation package to ensure you enjoy a great quality of life in Portugal: Fixed Salary: A base pay of €930 gross per month, distributed 14 times a year (inclusive of mandatory local summer and Christmas bonus payments).
