Your Role: Supporting Online Finances As a Customer Consultant, you do far more than just answer everyday inquiries. You guide users through the online payment ecosystem and ensure their financial transfers go smoothly. Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert assistance to French speakers regarding payment gateways, digital transfers, and account management. Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot platform issues and walk users step-by-step through the details of modern financial tools. Quality Assurance: Ensure every single interaction strictly adheres to the high-security standards required for handling sensitive financial data. Team Synergy: Utilize your English skills to participate in global meetings and collaborate on projects with international departments. Feedback Loop: Identify recurring user issues and suggest practical improvements to the product development team. Minimum Requirements: Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in French, paired with a professional intermediate level of English (B2 level).
