Who We Are Looking For: Requirements & Profile We care most about your attitude and language capabilities. You do not need a background in finance or customer care to apply, as we provide a comprehensive, fully paid onboarding academy to set you up for success! Languages: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken French, paired with a solid intermediate level of English (B2 level) for business meetings and corporate updates. Tech Literacy: High comfort level operating different software systems, browser dashboards, and digital financial tools.
