No prior financial background is required, as we provide complete, professional training to ensure your success. Minimum Requirements: Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken French, alongside a solid B2 level of English for corporate communications and training. Positive Attitude: A welcoming, proactive personality with an authentic desire to help others and master new skills. Digital Literacy: High comfort level utilizing diverse software programs and multitasking across multiple screens simultaneously. Flexibility: Readiness to work fully on-site at our Lisbon hub and adapt to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (inclusive of nights and weekends). Salary, Allowances & Benefits We provide a transparent and reliable compensation structure designed to afford a comfortable standard of living in Portugal: Fixed Salary: A base salary of €930 gross per month, issued 14 times per year (fully incorporating the mandatory local summer and Christmas bonus payouts). Attendance Bonus: An extra €65 gross monthly incentive for maintaining punctual and dependable attendance. Daily Meal Money: €7.63 per operational day, distributed directly via a corporate food card.
