Your Impact & Responsibilities As a customer success advisor, you do more than just answer questions. You help users navigate the online payment world and make sure their money transfers go smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES User Support: Help French-speaking clients with questions about digital wallets, payment processing, and their accounts. Tech Troubleshooting: Identify and fix platform issues, making complex financial tools easy for customers to use. Data Security: Follow strict safety rules to keep financial data private and prevent fraud. Global Teamwork: Use your English skills to work with international teams and stay updated on the latest fintech trends. Improving the Experience: Provide feedback and ideas to help our developers make the platform even better for users. WHAT YOU BRING We care most about your attitude and language skills. You do not need previous finance experience because we give you full training! Language Skills: You speak and write French perfectly (native or near-native level) and have a solid middle level of English (B2). Desire to Learn: You don't need a specific background—we want motivated people who are passionate about learning the industry. Tech Literacy: You are comfortable using different software systems and digital financial tools. Professionalism: You can handle sensitive financial topics with patience and a focus on finding solutions. PAY & REWARDS We offer a full package designed to help you succeed and enjoy a great life in Portugal: Base Salary: €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (this includes your mandatory extra summer and Christmas payments). Attendance Bonus: An extra €65 monthly allowance just for being reliable and showing up to work on time. Meal Stipend: €7.63 per day worked, provided on a special food card.
