You will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing clarity, support, and expert guidance on credit products, applications, and account management. Role Overview In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial services and the everyday consumer. You will handle inquiries related to personal loans, credit lines, and repayment plans, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported. While this is a financial project, English is not required for this role—your fluency in French is your primary tool. Your Responsibilities Customer Guidance: Manage inbound calls and digital inquiries from French-speaking customers regarding credit applications and existing accounts. Financial Literacy: Explain interest rates, repayment terms, and contract conditions clearly and accurately. Documentation Support: Assist customers in uploading and verifying necessary documents for their credit files. Problem Resolution: Address concerns regarding payment schedules or account access with empathy and efficiency. Compliance: Ensure all interactions follow strict financial regulations and data protection (GDPR) standards. Data Entry: Accurately update customer records and interaction notes in our CRM system. Who We Are Looking For Language Proficiency: Fluent French (written and verbal) is essential. You should be comfortable discussing financial topics and handling professional correspondence. No English Required: This project is specifically designed for French speakers; English proficiency is not a prerequisite for this position. Location: You must be currently based in Braga (or within a feasible daily commuting distance). Please note that no relocation assistance is provided. Communication Style: A calm, professional, and helpful demeanor, especially when discussing sensitive financial matters. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, banking, or credit services is "good to have," but not mandatory. We provide all the training you need!
