Linguistic Authority: Native or near-native mastery of French (C1/C2). Superior verbal and written articulation is our primary prerequisite. Operational Presence: This is a 100% on-site role. You must reside in or be prepared to commute to Braga to integrate into our high-energy, collaborative ecosystem. Professional Velocity: While financial experience is advantageous, we prioritize ambition. We provide a fully subsidized, in-depth training program to ensure your success. Note: Professional English is not required for this regional focus. WORK SCHEDULE & LIFESTYLE BALANCE Our roster is engineered for consistency while supporting the dynamic requirements of the European market: Standard week: A consistent 40-hour professional schedule. Operational Window: Monday to Friday rotating shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00. Weekend Coverage: Saturday morning shifts only (08:00 to 15:00). Rest Days: Two days off per week (Sundays are guaranteed, plus one additional weekday for optimal balance).
