YOUR MISSION: SUPPORTING FINANCIAL GOALS Based in a state-of-the-art office and supported by a local leadership team, your core responsibilities include: Multi-Channel Engagement: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to provide expert information on credit and financial products. Compliance & Documentation: Assist clients through the application process by ensuring files are accurate and distilling complex financial terms into simple language. Relationship Management: Provide personalized follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels and foster long-term brand loyalty. Strategic Analysis: Review client profiles to recommend the most effective financial solutions for their specific needs. THE IDEAL PROFILE: EMPATHY & PRECISION We are scouting for professionals who combine strong organizational skills with a commitment to high-touch client service. Linguistic Authority: Native or near-native French (C1/C2). Superior verbal and written communication is our top priority. Operational Readiness: This is a 100% on-site role. You must currently reside in or be able to commute to Braga to thrive in our high-energy, collaborative environment. WORK SCHEDULE & BALANCE Our roster is designed for consistency while supporting a dynamic market: Standard Week: A steady 40-hour work week. Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00. Saturdays: Morning shifts only (08:00 to 15:00). Rest Days: Two days off per week (Sunday is always off, plus one additional day during the week). BENEFITS & COMPENSATION We reward expertise with long-term stability and a competitive rewards framework: Remuneration: A base salary of €930 Gross/month, paid 14 times per year (includes mandatory Christmas and Summer bonuses).
