THE MISSION: EMPOWERING FINANCIAL JOURNEYS Operating from a state-of-the-art office environment and supported by a dedicated local leadership team, your strategic objectives include: Omnichannel Advisory: Interface with clients via telephony, digital correspondence, and live chat to deliver authoritative information regarding credit portfolios and financial products. Documentation & Compliance: Facilitate the application lifecycle by ensuring file integrity and articulating complex financing terms in clear, accessible language. Strategic Relationship Management: Execute high-touch, personalized follow-ups to maintain superior levels of client satisfaction and reinforce brand loyalty. Profile Analysis: Evaluate unique client profiles to recommend bespoke financial solutions tailored to their specific fiscal requirements. Linguistic Authority: Flawless proficiency in French (C1/C2 level). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are our primary requirement. Regional Presence: Candidates must currently reside in Braga or the immediate metropolitan area. This is a 100% on-site position designed for those who thrive in a collaborative, high-energy office culture. Experience & Potential: While a background in finance or customer relations is an asset, we value potential. Note: Professional English is not required for this specific regional project. OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE & BALANCE Our workflow is engineered to provide consistency while meeting the demands of a high-performance market: Standard Week: A structured 40-hour schedule. Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00. Saturdays: Optimized morning shifts from 08:00 to 15:00. Rest Cycles: Two days off per week (Sunday is always fixed, plus one rotating day during the week). PREMIUM BENEFITS & COMPENSATION We believe in rewarding expertise with long-term stability and a competitive rewards framework. Base Remuneration: €930 Gross per month, structured over 14 annual payments (inclusive of mandatory Christmas and Summer bonuses). Meal Allowance: €7.63 Net per day worked—one of the most competitive rates in the Northern region.
