This role is ideal for candidates fluent in French who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the financial technology sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support in French through phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, technical issues, and other FinTech-related questions. Resolve customer complaints and problems promptly, ensuring high satisfaction. Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience. Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and FinTech industry trends. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in FinTech, banking, or related industries. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills, with the ability to use CRM software and digital communication tools. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
