Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a French Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role includes a paid relocation package, making it an ideal opportunity for French-speaking professionals seeking to broaden their career horizons. As a Customer Agent, you will deliver exceptional service to our French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in French across phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate information. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment in Bulgaria. Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support provided.
