Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring a French Speaking Customer Expert to join our team in Greece with fully paid relocation! Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support in French across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within the CRM system. Collect and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with team members to uphold excellent service standards. Stay well-informed about company products, policies, and industry developments to provide accurate information. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English language skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Strong communication abilities with a customer-oriented mindset. Open to relocating to Greece with full relocation support provided by Mercier Consultancy Group. Capability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced work setting, including multitasking and problem-solving. Experience with CRM platforms and digital communication tools is advantageous. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
