Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading technology company in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to French-speaking clients, helping them navigate and resolve issues related to innovative tech products and services. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new technology trends, company products, and policies to provide up-to-date assistance. Offer feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology sector. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new work environment. Passion for technology and continuous learning mindset.
