Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, providing assistance across various customer inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Stay updated on Imperial Brands’ products, policies, and relevant industry information. Offer feedback to management to enhance customer service quality and processes. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
