Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a popular messaging app in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to French-speaking users, helping them with app features, troubleshooting, and user queries to ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to French-speaking users' inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding messaging app features, account issues, and technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve user problems efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of user interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay informed about app updates, features, and policies to provide accurate guidance. Contribute to improving customer support processes and user experience through feedback. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the tech or app industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a user-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
