We are offering a fully paid relocation package for the right candidate to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service. If you are enthusiastic about customer service and are ready for a new adventure in Greece, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed information about products and services to the customers. Help customers resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on company policies and product offerings to provide the most relevant support. Collect customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently.
