Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Bulgaria with paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and account management, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Handle complaints professionally, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive customer records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with international clients. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a professional setting. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance.
