Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Bulgaria, with the added advantage of paid relocation. In this role, you will be serving as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their account management and transactions. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for excellent customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance. Collaborate with different teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and continued service improvement. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide informed support. Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or service industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on empathetic and clear customer interaction. Able to handle and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally. Proficient in CRM systems and basic office software. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or collaborative setting. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support and the desire to adapt to a new culture.
