This role involves providing high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Greece. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions to offer accurate information. Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when dealing with customer concerns. Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, ideally within a remote or international setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. Ability to effectively manage challenging situations and resolve conflicts. Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
