Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture within the Customer Support Services centre. Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role. A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants. A good command of English for internal communication and training purposes. Prior experience in a Customer Support Services, contact centre, or client-facing environment is advantageous but not strictly required — full training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and resolving issues effectively.
