Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture within the Customer Support Services centre. Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role. A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants. A good command of English for internal communication and training purposes. Prior experience in a Customer Support Services, contact centre, or client-facing environment is advantageous but not strictly required — full training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and resolving issues effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new CRM and support tools used within the Customer Support Services industry.
