Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.
