If you are passionate about automobiles and providing stellar customer support, this role is tailored for you. You will assist customers with their inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring they receive the highest level of service in French. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in French. Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process and assist with service appointments. Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet customer needs effectively. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, products, and company offerings to provide relevant information. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Ability to handle a diverse range of customer inquiries and issues. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
