Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Banking industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and customer service. As a part of our team, you will assist customers with their banking inquiries, providing them with the information and support they need to manage their financial services effectively in French. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide detailed information on account features, interest rates, and service fees. Assist customers with online banking, wire transfers, and troubleshooting issues with their accounts. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system following compliance guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively. Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries at once. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and financial systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
