As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to biotechnology products and services, all while communicating effectively in French. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and protocols via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and usage guidelines. Assist customers with order processing, fulfillment, and any related service inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and technical questions promptly and efficiently. Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system. Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to provide accurate information and support. Stay informed about the latest developments in the biotechnology field to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
