This position allows you the flexibility to work remotely from Greece, providing you with a perfect work-life balance. If you are passionate about travel and customer service, this role is ideal for you! As a representative, you will assist customers with their booking inquiries and ensure a smooth travel experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding reservations, bookings, and travel services via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction during their travel planning process. Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and providing information on available properties and services. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer experience. Stay informed about current promotions, new offerings, and industry trends to provide the best service. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Flexibility to accommodate customer needs, including working evenings and weekends if required.
