This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer support and have an interest in the construction sector. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and provide valuable information, ensuring a seamless experience in French. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to construction projects, services, and materials via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide information about product specifications, availability, and pricing to assist clients effectively. Assist with project-related inquiries, scheduling, and logistics. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure smooth operations and client communications. Stay informed about industry best practices and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industry. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach. Ability to effectively resolve problems and handle customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency with CRM systems and a good understanding of construction services.
