Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to providing support to students and educators. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating our e-learning platforms and resources, ensuring a positive and enriching experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to educational services, e-learning platforms, and course information via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide guidance and support to students and educators on accessing resources and resolving technical issues. Assist with account management, including registrations, course enrollments, and payment inquiries. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and analysis. Collaborate with educational teams to improve service delivery and meet customer needs. Stay updated on current educational trends and offerings to provide relevant information. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive experience. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically. Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
