This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and technology and are eager to help students and educators navigate e-learning platforms. As a customer service representative, you will assist users in French, ensuring they have a seamless and enriching experience with our educational services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to educational programs, e-learning platforms, and resources via phone, email, and chat in French. Assist students and educators with account management, technical support, and platform navigation. Provide accurate information regarding course offerings, enrollment processes, and features available on the e-learning platform. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure user satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with instructional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences. Stay informed about industry trends and updates in e-learning to provide relevant assistance to users. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting learners and educators. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
