This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and the energy sector. You will engage with clients, providing them with support and information in French while enjoying the beautiful environment of Greece. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, plans, and billing through phone, email, and live chat in French. Assist customers in understanding their energy options and provide information about products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company services to provide informed assistance. Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the energy sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a cooperative approach to handling customer inquiries. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
