Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to provide excellent customer support within a dynamic sector. As a representative, you will assist clients with a range of inquiries related to energy services, while ensuring clear and effective communication in French. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding energy services, pricing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide information on energy supply options, contracts, and regulatory guidelines. Assist customers with account setup, billing issues, and service inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for compliance and future reference. Work closely with operational teams to provide real-time updates and solutions to customer issues. Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and customer complaints effectively. Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
