This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for finance and technology, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. In this position, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to financial services and products, providing support in French. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding FinTech products, applications, and services via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide clear and accurate information on product features, pricing, and account management. Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking and financial transactions. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries swiftly to ensure high satisfaction levels. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to enhance service quality. Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s offerings to best serve customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and online banking technologies is preferred. Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
