Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. If you are passionate about food and enjoy helping customers, this role is tailored for you. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support in French, assisting clients with their inquiries regarding products, orders, and service-related issues. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, including orders and delivery details via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide information about menu items, nutritional information, product availability, and promotions. Assist customers with their orders, modifications, cancellations, and resolve any issues that arise. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve challenges. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and service offerings to best assist customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complaints and inquiries effectively. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
