This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food delivery services and providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their orders and inquiries while effectively communicating in French. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery issues, and account-related questions via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide detailed information on menu options, delivery times, and payment issues. Assist customers in placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with delivery teams and other departments to improve service efficiency and customer experience. Stay informed about the latest promotions, menus, and food delivery trends to provide effective support. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English and/or Greek is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Possession of a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
