As a representative, you will assist customers with their healthcare inquiries in French, contributing to a positive and supportive experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, and medical products via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide comprehensive information regarding services, appointment scheduling, and eligibility requirements. Assist customers with claims processing, account management, and resolving any issues that arise. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure continuity of care. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address customer needs effectively. Stay informed about healthcare regulations, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful assistance. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong communication skills and a compassionate customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle sensitive inquiries. Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare-related software and CRM systems is desirable.
