In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services across various platforms, all while providing excellent service in French. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines to enhance customer experiences. Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring all needs are met. Resolve any customer complaints promptly and courteously, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hospitality partners and tourism boards to ensure seamless service delivery for customers. Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
