This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their IT-related inquiries and support them in navigating technological solutions in French. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries regarding IT products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in French. Assist customers with troubleshooting problems, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions. Educate customers on product features, software functionality, and service plans. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay informed about new technologies, products, and industry trends to enhance service quality. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a technical aptitude. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tech tools.
