This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and are eager to assist customers in navigating their services. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in French, providing exceptional support and ensuring a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and chat in French. Assist customers with account management, including modifications to subscriptions and addressing service issues. Provide detailed information about new releases, services, promotions, and features available in the media and entertainment sector. Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure complete satisfaction. Document customer interactions meticulously for future reference and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and fulfill customer needs. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment industry. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
