This position is perfect for those who are passionate about banking and enjoy helping customers navigate their financial needs. You will provide exceptional customer support in French, assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth banking experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in French. Assist customers with setting up new accounts, troubleshooting issues, and addressing any concerns. Provide accurate information on banking products, services, promotions, and compliance regulations. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on banking trends and policies to offer informed guidance to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, and an openness to relocating to Greece for work.
