This role is based in beautiful Greece and is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and are interested in the financial technology sector. As a valued member of our team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries regarding payment solutions while communicating effectively in French. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding payment solutions, transactions, and related services via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide clear and detailed information about product features, pricing, and integration processes. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to payment processing. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient customer follow-up. Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support. Promote trust and confidence in our payment solutions by fostering positive customer relationships. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the payment solutions or financial technology sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is desirable. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
