This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to providing exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and concerns regarding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information in French. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, services, and prescriptions via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide information on medication details, side effects, dosage, and product availability. Assist healthcare professionals and customers with order management, billing details, and service inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and questions efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and quality control. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and enhance service delivery. Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations. Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
