This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding property listings, transactions, and services, all while communicating effectively in French. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property values, and sale processes via phone, email, and chat in French. Provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and neighborhood insights. Assist clients with scheduling property viewings, submitting offers, and navigating the buying or renting process. Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to streamline customer interactions. Stay informed on market trends and property listings to provide accurate and helpful information to clients. Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to understand and communicate complex information clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
