Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. If you are passionate about sustainability and eager to provide exceptional service, this role is for you. You'll be engaging with customers to help them understand renewable energy solutions while ensuring a seamless experience in French. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in French. Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy options, and how to make informed choices. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues. Document all customer interactions accurately per regulatory compliance in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Aptitude for managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and general computer applications.
