This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail and enjoy helping customers find the best solutions. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in French, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide information on product availability, pricing, promotions, and store policies. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer support and service delivery. Stay informed about new product launches and retail trends to better assist customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Bulgarian is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the retail sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to solve problems efficiently and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
