Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Social Media industry. If you're passionate about technology and social media, this role is tailored for you. You will engage directly with users to address their inquiries, provide support, and enhance their overall experience with our social media services, all while communicating effectively in French. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to social media platforms, accounts, and features via phone, email, and chat in French. Assist users with account setups, troubleshooting access issues, and navigating platform features. Provide guidance on best practices, community guidelines, and support queries. Resolve user complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for continuity and reference. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address user concerns effectively. Stay informed about the latest trends in social media to provide relevant and up-to-date information to users. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the social media or technology sector. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and work in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user support. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications is required.
