This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and enjoy helping others navigate their online experiences. As a customer service representative, you will assist users in French, providing support and guidance on platform functionalities and best practices. Key Responsibilities Respond to user inquiries regarding social media platform features, policies, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French. Assist users in resolving technical issues and provide guidance on best practices for account safety and engagement. Document user interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues. Collaborate with community management and technical teams to enhance user satisfaction. Stay updated on platform changes, features, and community guidelines to offer informed support. Gather user feedback and report on common issues to help improve the platform experience. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or social media environment. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple user inquiries in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable. Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
