This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and software solutions while providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients in French, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with the software products. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries related to software products, features, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat in French. Guide customers through software installations, configurations, and functionalities. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to enhance user experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address customer concerns effectively. Stay informed about software updates, company offerings, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the software or technology industry, is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
