As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in French, helping them navigate their streaming inquiries and enhancing their viewing experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscription plans, and technical issues via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through setup and usage of streaming platforms. Inform customers about content offerings, promotions, and new features available on the platform. Resolve complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in streaming services to provide informed assistance. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and manage inquiries effectively in a remote work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is desirable. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
